His expertise lies in crafting strategic HR and IR solutions for business growth, optimizing aspects such as cost, productivity, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, development, and succession planning. Vijay holds an M.S.W with specialization in personnel management and industrial relations from Udaipur School of Social Work, along with a PG Diploma in Human Resource Development. His profound knowledge extends to labor laws, employee relations, collective bargaining, conflict resolution, workforce planning, employee communication, and compliance.
