We are currently seeking a full-time Field Business Development Executive in Delhi, NCR for our dynamic team. It requires an individual with strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the Delhi NCR area. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing a designated geographic territory.
Roles:
· Visit commercial establishments within the allocated area, following these steps:
· Present the business offerings and elucidate the brand's benefits to prospective clients.
· Provide a demonstration and articulate the advantages and features of our services.
· Gather qualitative business information and explain how it will be represented to users.
· Detail the contract, its features, tenure, and all terms and conditions to customers.
· Persuade business owners/managers to register as paid customers, enhancing their business.
· Adhere to compliance and policies set by the department.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
· A graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Strong drive and ambition to meet or exceed targets.
· A valid driver's license and personal transportation (Two-wheeler – Not Mandatory).
· Self-motivation with a positive attitude toward work.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
